8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.3 Data Retention

Project files are retained for 7 years for quality assurance and legal compliance, then securely deleted unless otherwise requested.

We guarantee professional-quality translations that are accurate and culturally appropriate. Minor corrections are provided free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated. We are not responsible for how translated or localized content is used or interpreted by third parties.

AL Nexus is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, or global health emergencies.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation to resolve disputes.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Material changes affecting ongoing projects will be communicated directly to affected clients.
